Forums work but are not styled at all

Oh, on a personal note. I fell asleep at work today and had an erotic sex dream about my "male" boss. I woke up both mentally and "physically" aroused.

The shoutbox now checks for new shouts every 10 seconds, so you will see any replies essentially anywhere between instantly and 10 seconds from then.

Only Administrators can delete shouts and post news.

Authentication now sends the proper URLs to activate your account.

Security has been upp'd via filters that should not allow access to post and shout functionality for non logged in or users lacking permission.

I implemented a display name that can be changed in your profile that will allow you have a different author name for posts and shouts, this is a security feature, if you dont care make it the same as your login.
